ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने से सम्बंधित आवश्यक दिशा निर्देशः
1. Anusuchi 1 लिंक का उपयोग व्यक्ति विशेष के लिए करें।
2. Anusuchi 2 लिंक का उपयोग (स्वयं सहायता समूह / महिलाओं / पूर्व सैनिकों की सहयोग समितियों) के लिए करें ।
3. सभी कॉलम को भरने से सम्बंधित दिशा निर्देश स्पष्ट रूप से दिए गये है जिन्हें ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर ही फॉर्म भरे (फॉर्म सबमिट होने के बाद सुधार करने की अनुमति नहीं है)
4. फॉर्म भरने के लिए मंगल या गूगल हिंदी फॉण्ट का ही उपयोग करें।
5. फॉर्म भरने के लिए ब्राउज़र के लोकेशन परमिशन को अनुमति दे।
6. फॉर्म को सबमिट करने के पूर्व मोबाइल संख्या एवं इमेल आईडी अनिवार्य रूप से जांच कर लें।
7. फोटो का साइज़ अधिकतम 50 KB(.jpg फॉर्मेट) में होना चाहिए।
8. जहाँ भी दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करना है वो अधिकतम 200 KB (.pdf फॉर्मेट) में होना चाहिए।
9. फॉर्म को सबमिट करने के पश्चात एक Response प्राप्त होगा जिसके बाद Download Receipt पर क्लिक करें और Print Form – Printer Friendly आप्शन को Click करके Response Page को प्रिंट करके अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें।
10. PDF फाइल के साइज़ को छोटा करने के लिए ऑनलाइन PDF Compressor Tool का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
11. एक से अधिक PDF फाइल्स को merge करने के लिए ऑनलाइन PDF Merger Tool का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
