Baba Mahendranath Temple is located in Ramgarh, village of Siswan block of Siwan district in Bihar. It is one of the most ancient Shiva temples of Bihar. This temple was built by King Mahendrabir Vikram Sahdev of Nepal. Here the devotees who come here do not return empty-handed.
